APPLICATION FORM

1.     Your application constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of your company.

2.     You acknowledge that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company.

3.     The application is open exclusively to companies from the Joe Morolong municipality.

4.     The programme is not open to:

* Directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of: South 32.

* Any spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified above.

* Entrants under the age of 18 and non-South African residents.

5.     You may not apply if you have previously participated in another South32  programme, even if it is under the banner of a different company.

6.     It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your application before the closure of the application. Any entries which we do not receive before the closure will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.

7.     Any attempt to coerce or influence the selection process will disadvantage your application and will result in reporting of the incident in accordance with the Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy of South32.

8.     A call desk is available during office hours to handle queries on 053-004-0103 or applicants can visit the South32 Business Centre in Kuruman.

9.     South32  and its affiliates are not responsible for any costs or injuries, or loss of income while travelling and attending sessions.

10.  It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date. Should any of the data provided prove invalid, inaccurate, false or misleading, you may be excluded from this programme.

11.  Admission to the programme is in no way a guarantee of becoming a supplier to South32. Standard supply chain policies are to be followed for all graduates and all tendering opportunities are objective.

12.  South32 reserves the right to select candidates based on its internal criteria aligned with its development goals. If you have not been contacted by 31 December, please consider your application unsuccessful.

13.  The decision of the outcome is final, and there is no appeal process. However, grievances can be directed to the programmes email bds@teg.co.za.

14.  South32 and its affiliates are compliant to the terms and regulations of POPIA. Personal Information will not be shared with any third party. It will only be used to fulfil requirements of the application process or possible marketing of the impact and results of the programme.
